Usually, I don’t really like just including links, but I found out about this site that I had no idea existed. It’s called farecast, and it basically compares airplane ticket prices, but it also tells you if you should wait to buy based on whether the ticket price is expected to increase or decrease. It’s kind of fun to just do a search.
I looked for a flight from Boston to Dallas for the middle of september, and it told me to wait because there was a 75% chance that fares would drop by 48 dollars.
